RCC Door Frame – Standard Specification
Material: Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC)
Concrete Grade: M20 (1:1.5:3) or as per design requirements
Cement: Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) or PPC
Fine Aggregate: Clean river sand/manufactured sand
Coarse Aggregate: Crushed stone aggregate (typically 10–20 mm)
Reinforcement: Mild steel or TMT bars, generally 8 mm to 10 mm diameter with stirrups as per design
Frame Size: Common sections are 100 mm × 60 mm, 100 mm × 75 mm, or as specified
Holdfasts: Embedded steel holdfasts or anchor bars cast into the frame
Finish: Smooth cement finish, ready for painting or polishing
Installation: Cast in situ or precast and fixed plumb and level in masonry/concrete walls
